They sent me a whole itinerary of listings to the minute for when I came to town to look at places, we spent a half a day together and were closed on my place less than 3 weeks later. They were very responsive, hired and handled maintenance work that needed to be done before I got to town and moved in, and kept answering my many questions about the place afterward.
